The holiday season can be joyful and very stressful as well. Having anxiety about doing things right??

There are many people who are having a rough time. Please watch out for them and see what you can do to help them through the holiday season.

It can be as little as a hug or loving eye contact, being completely present for a moment and truly see them. Call them by their name.

One way to de-stress is to declutter your workspace or office on the last day of work before the holidays. It will be nice and fresh when you come back from the holidays

Three ideas for making this Christmas memorable:

Stay home and be very present with your family, instead of running around, this gives peace to our busy minds. Lock away the phone and the computer, play a board game instead.

Go for a walk after Christmas dinner with the whole family to help digestion and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Create a Gratitude Journal and write down all the things you are grateful for in 2017 and keep it up. Write every evening and also look for the small stuff.

Whatever is wonderful, whatever is meaningful, whatever brings you happiness, may it come to you this holiday season and in the coming year.
